WHAT WAS THE EVENT?

An annual conference and gala dinner for 250 guests at a five star Central London location, to include overnight accommodation and travel from UK addresses.

Theming and production were designed to fit the events corporate message reflected through the conference and gala dinner. An array of evening entertainment was sourced to appeal to the predominantly male, senior management, target audience.

WHAT WAS THE GUEST EXPERIENCE?

A dedicated online portal was created to manage guest’s attendance and requirements; followed up by electronic joining instructions designed specifically for each guest. All electronic and printed collateral was created by our in-house design team and carried the event branding. A dedicated call centre team were available 7 days a week to deal with attendee queries and requests.

Guests were registered by the events team upon arrival, before being checked into their bedrooms and shown through to take their seat for the conference. Following time to change, guests enjoyed a drinks reception with walk around entertainment before being seated for a three course dinner with high-octane entertainment in-between each course. After dinner entertainment was based on a Live at The Apollo style comedy line up hosted by Jimmy Carr and the evening was rounded up with a live cover band and the creation of a mini casino.
